Butler County Health Department 3rd Annual Community Outreach Event
Our annual outreach event will be held at the Butler County Health Department on May 17, 2024 from 9:00-12:00. If you would like to join us and set up a table, please fill out this form. We hope you will join us!!
Morning snacks such as granola bars, chips, sodas, and water will be available for vendors. Please bring your own table and chairs, and a canopy. This event is outdoors.
