Includes class where you get to be 'hands on' with sourdough.
You would receive the following items: a danish dough whisk, a banneton basket, and a jar of mature, hydrated sourdough starter with printed instructions for maintaining your sourdough starter, a bowl to mix your loaf of bread up in [+ some other small goodies]

Access to all the learning but would not receive the larger of the items listed in Tier 1 - no sourdough starter in a jar, danish dough whisk, or banneton basket
[But will get the other small goodies + a bowl to mix your loaf up & take home]
We are going to be mixing up a loaf of bread for you to take home and bake
Both tiers would be getting:
a 10% DISCOUNT for an awesome bread lame (to score your bread)

a loaf of bread that YOU will make during class to take home
EXPERIENCE of handling dough in different stages of the development process
LEARN about the processes of sourdough
get INSIGHT to some tips & tricks I have figured out along my sourdough journey the last 2 years
get to TASTE a variety of different sourdough creations - from bread, coffee cake, cookies, etc!
ACCESS to a Facebook group community that will answer all sourdough questions/tips/tricks in and share recipes by myself and the members
This class will last approximately 3 hours and will be limited to a MAX of 30 individuals.
If those spots fill, with enough interest in another one, I will look at scheduling a additional date(s).
