Parenting Class - Systematic Training for Effective Parenting

About this class: This class in a eight-week course that meets once a week. The class is taught by a Licensed Professional Counselor and utilized an evident-based curriculum.

Purpose of the Class

• provide a look at the long-term coals of parenting
• provide information on how young children think feel and act
• provide skills than can increase your enjoyment and effectiveness as a parent
• provide skills that can develop your child's self-esteem and confidence
• provide support for yourself as a parent and as a person
• provide effective ways to teach cooperation and discipline
